I'll give it a shot not knowing which year you have and assuming a Gen 2 similar to an '02.

Check Fuse 2 (10A) in the Junction Block. This fuse supplies the fused ignition switch output to the Heated Seat Switch.

Suggest you complete your signature section so we can be more specific with help. Hard to tell what truck you have and different year models have different fuse/wiring configurations.I have manuals for '98 and '06 models for example.
