2nd Gen Non-Engine/Transmission Seat Retrofit Question

Does anyone know if a full set of front seats from a 2001 Ram will fit my 98? I found a set of front seats on Ebay I like.

I just found the same thing for my 98. What about the wiring? I have power seats and the ones I found are power as well and also heated Oo. I don't think this was an option for 98 so I assume I will have to do some wiring? Will all the interior from an 01 fit a 98? I was thinking of getting the steering column if it has the center hazard switch so I can run 2 gauges instead of one there.
