2nd Gen Non-Engine/Transmission Seatbelt trim

Does anyone know where to get the trim piece that fits into the top of the seat on a quadcab that is basically a piece for where the seatbelt comes out?

I went to the dealer today and they say that part is no longer available. Mine is broke and I really hate looking at it. Any help would be great

I have one that is broken too, and was told you need to replace the entire seat belt assembly... . :--)
