is there anyway to keep the seatbelt light from popping up in the display besides putting on the seatbelt

Use the center lapbelt and plug it into the seatbelt on your side. This is what I always do. Everybody has there own opnion on seatbelts,to wear or not to. Kinda like helments.

I buckle the drivers belt before i get in. . works good. . hehh

The center belt on the 2012 doesn't fit into the buckle.

I went to a scrap/junk yard and cut one out of a wrecked truck.

Payed a dollar for it and just plug it in.
