dont worry too much about government ramblings, the feds dont really have that much power to regulate guns. 99% of gun regulations are on a state by state basis. both the states and the feds are bound by the second ammendment, but the feds can only pass laws within the guildlines of their given powers the biggest of which is the interstate commerce clause which gives congress the power to regulate interstate sales essentially for the purpose of taxing.

for instance the feds once tried to pass a law that banned all firearms in school zones. according to them if there are guns in school zones kids will be scared. if they are scared they wont be effective learners. if they arent effective learners they wont grow up to become productive members of society. if they arent productive members of society they wont gets high paying jobs and congress wont be able to tax them as much. if you dont see the coorelation dont feel bad, neither did the supreme court and the law was nixed.

You may have misunderstood my post. This is from SAAMI! "Sporting Arms and Ammunition Manufacturing Institute. A Non-Governmental Organization(NGO)! They issued their statement pointing out the preconceived outcome desired by the U. N. committees!



Any Treaty Ratified by the Senate and Signed by the President, becomes the law of the land. A Treaty can be inimical to the Constitution and the Bill of Rights! Therefore all proposed Treaties must be scrutinized, word by word, page by page. With the U. N. involved? Its a no-brainer. GregH

I say, if the UN wants a small arms treaty, they should try it by example and go , without the US of A, and disarm all the arab countries FIRST!!!!

Well, you need to know there is political tactics at work in the background. One man is trying to take over the world. His name is Geroge Soros. He believes the world can't be "FREE" until the US is brought down. He is quoted as 1942 being "the best year of his life. " The reason for this is that his family was Jewish, but they turned on their own kind and he personally escorted the Nazi's to Jewish family homes, where they were "detained" and taken away, while he and the Nazi's plundered their personal belongings..... that's where he got the start of his fortune. I could go on with his list of criminal acts against people, but we'd be here all day. At the moment his current project is to take down the US. As we are an armed country, it is a massive undertaking. But the only way to enslave a nation is to take away their weapons, and that is only one of the many steps he's already trying. Curiously, where did the current president get his campaign funds? Oh, wait, those documents have been "misplaced" and not fully released due to "privacy" concerns.....



Don't be confused by oral flatulence... . it's about control. The immigration issue? Votes. The welfare issue? Votes. The black community? Votes. If you have an entire majority of voting-eligible welfare dependent, formerly illegal immigrants, and racially motivated voters, devoutly dedicated to the Democratic party, voting for whatever they put in front of them, how do you think the vote will turn out??!?! It's all about control, and THEY have a plan. When I refer to THEY, I mean the Enemies of Freedom and the Purveyors of Evil.



What GHarm posted about the SAAMI statement only shows what their true agenda is. They can't get guns banned on the national law level, so they're going to try another route... . international law and treaty. They see the US as a threat to their superiority, because we'll kill their *** if they try to kill us. It's a scam. I don't say that from a paranoid redneck point of view. I say that from a tactical understanding of war. Weaken you opponent by strangulation, exhaustion, and bombardment. Then attack in precise, planned movements, designed to weaken and overcome your enemy. While our soldiers protect us from threats abroad, we are being attacked from within here at home. Look at the "Fast and Furious" fiasco. What was the point in that?!?!? It was never about tracking illegal gun travel into Mexico. THEY knew those guns would be lost as soon as they crossed the border. THEY just wanted to recover those guns and point to them saying,"WE told you so!!!" But some good people stood up for what was wrong and pointed out THEM. Now the Fit has hit the Shan..... But those warlords and gangs aren't using semi-autos to over-run Mexican regular army..... Look at the pictures!! The vast majority of those are fully automatic, Russian, Iranian, and Chinese made firearms!!! They are not coming from the USA!!! Try the other direction!!!! Hand grenades?!?! Please!! USA made components are regulated so tightly already, there is no way they could have came from here!!!

..... and don't overlook the Federal Government trying to enforce federal law on state law. They sued Arizona to remove state law that directly reflected federal law already enacted on a national level!!! The problem was that Arizona would have actually enforced it, and that wasn't good for the current adminstration and their agenda. And it would have set precedence for other states to follow, which would have been dangerous for the communists..... errr, excuse me, I mean the DemoRats... . oh, dang, I mean the Democraps..... augh! I think you know what I mean. And don't take that as meaning that I'm a Republican. I'm a patriot. I love this country, and I still think it's the best place in the world to live, but it's Changing, and I'm convinced it's not for the best... ... Now if you'll excuse me, I'm gonna go ride some more horses and work on my underground bunker, in expectation of Change.
