I've put it off long enough. I'm sending my juice in for the HOT upgrade. Would anybody have any dyno numbers with a Hot juice? I'm hoping it is a substantial increase in power. Also has anyone been having injector or relief valve troubles with the extra pressure?

thanks

I have a Hot Juice, cannot run on 5 yet (180hp 440 ft. lb. ) because of stock clutch which will soon be replaced with a SBC DD. With the clutch I am also installing a fuel pump upgrade which will probably be needed to run 5, also installing head studs. Setting 5 almost instanly slips the stock clutch but the little I feel it feels very strong on 5. Cannot wait for my upgrades to open this truck up.

I've got some doubts whether my stock clutch is gonna hold on level 5  . However it should be fun anyway cause I know I've got the air and my FASS should keep my CP3 supplied. I'm planning on a clutch anyway so It may just make it more of a requirement than something for the future. My clutch held fine with my Van Aaken 3. 2 stacked with my EZ and this stack had no trouble breaking the tires loose in 4th gear on dry pavement so I will just have to find out.

I have the hot juice upgrade and I just dynoed this last saturday and put down 516. 1hp and 1117tq, i noticed a big difference with the hot upgrade.

That is with the stock turbo but I traded the stock clutch for a SBC con ofe about a month ago, It seems to be holding up well.

Wow that's a lot of power through a stock turbo. I will say my new Van Aaken 3. 2 is more impressive than my old one. It makes more smoke and feels more aggressive than my Juice when I put it back on with 4' of timing advance with the TRM. It also runs cooler at WOT which is strange because it used to be hotter. Oh well I hope to have my new HOT Juice back soon, which is good cause i sure miss the attitude display.

yea it is alot of power through a stock turbo, I wander how long it is going to last? I hope to be doing a set of twins in the near future.

Wow that is a ton of power for a high altitude like Colorado. I didn't think 500 hp on the dyno was possible with just a chip. Of course, it would help to get our truck dynoed.

I am sending my juice with attitude in to edge for "updates" It is acting up a little and I am seriously considering getting the hot program installed just because... ..... Does it raise rail pressure or is it all done with timing and duration for the big 180 hp increase.

I have been running the hot on my stock turbo and clutch for well over 15,000 miles I can fill the clutch slipping a little bit but I never turn my defulers down

Keep in mind that the '03-'04 Hot Juice will only make about 150hp, as opposed to the 180 on the newer trucks. Also keep in mind that the box uses pressure.

You could stack it with a downloader that doesn't use pressure to get some more oomph out of it...

Dang Edge isn't being too fast with mine they might get it shipped out today. :( It should have got there on Tuesday. Oh well it shouldn't take long to get back to me It's only 200 miles.

The Hot Juice on my '05 really has more power than the stock Juice.

No Dyno results yet, but I'd believe at least 160 HP increase over stock.

Anyone running injectors with the Juice?
