Sensor list and/or schematic

Trying to study my truck a bit and understand what sensors are on there and where. Is there a schematic available and/or a list?

For example, I understand that there are multiple temperature sensors in the exhaust system. Where are they and what are they called? I am assuming one could find the values and data via an OBDII scanner/monitor?

I am considering adding a Edge Insight CTS2 monitor but want to better understand what I could get from it and that of course leads me back to the point of my questions here. By the way, I recognize that having an CTS2 offers the possibility of a more definitive reading on exhaust temperature with the installation of their probe.

This info is a couple of years old but still pretty accurate. Sorry some of the stuff does not print correctly. The student manual is what the dealer technicians get when they come to class.
