Ok, I posted this on the 24-valve forum, no one seems interested. I'm working on building a computer (embedded controller) system for my 92 D250. This will run a display with RPM, boost, EGT, coolant temp, etc. . What I'm trying to find out is if the boost (MAP) sensor from a 24-valve engine will fit anywhere on the 1st gen engine. I have no parts to look at so I don't know what the sensor looks like, the fitting/threads on the end, so I can figure out where to put it. And the Cummins place is a long drive from here :(

I dont see any reason why it wouldnt fit. All a Map sensor does is hook up to the manifold Vac and sends a lectrical signal based on what it sees.

The 2. 2L dodges have them but they dont go as high as the cummins or the 3bar GM sensors.

I have a ton at home if you want some pictures of the 2. 2L ones.
