I asked this question a while back and someone responded that they had never heard of a truck with the factory sentry system being stollen. From my understanding, the key is matched to the ECM, and a thief would have to have made a chipped key for your truck (which requires either dealer equipment and information) or have access to two properly encoded keys from the owner. The other way they could steal it would be to have a key and ECM that were already programmed to match, and then change the ECM before steeling the truck. Not likely.
