Serious ECM issues.

I have and always have had serious ECM problems with my truck. It becomes more apparent every time I run large injectors. I have had it reflashed, it helped a little. But it is pulling timing way to advanced, and makes horrible injector noises, and between 70-80 mph has surging issues. I have another ECM to replace the old one, but the dealer is telling me that to reflash the new one will likely result in ABS and other items in the truck being disabled. Has anyone had any luck putting another trucks ECM into theirs and reflashing it?
