Well, as an added tip:

Loosen the bolt on the tensioner. Just loosen it enough to slide the tension out a little to get some room to work...

Made it a breeze to change...

steved. When you tighten up the tensioner, what is the proper tension adjustment or is there no adjustment, do just put the tensioner back in position and tighten it again?

The tensioner comes off as a unit... a single 13mm wrench will take it off (make sure the belt is off first so there is no tension). It is pretty tight. I believe it was 32 lb-ft torque when you put it back on...

It seems to be keyed to the block, you place it back in the general location it started at and as you tighten it back down, it seems to self-locate itself to the block. I just started tightening the bolt and kept wiggling the tensioner assemble until it seemed to be solid and then cinched the bolt down.

I also wanted to add, I did not fully remove the unit... loosened the bolt up pretty good and then slide the tensioner out to clearance the belt...

FWIW when you shut your truck down, there is what has been called a screechirp. I am told that the gatorback eliminates that.
