120000 miles, all original parts.How many miles?
I'd recommend replacing the idler and tensioner with the belt. If everything else is still spinning fine keep it the OEM stuff lasts a while. I changed my OE water pump shortly after I got my truck while doing a belt service with the tensioner and idler and regret it. I've been through two aftermarket water pumps now when my OE had no issue other than my "while you're there mindset"
