Truck has just over 5k, in fact rolled over 5k today. Several times now I’ve gotten a quick “Service Electronic Braking System” message along with the associated ABS and traction control lights. As quick as it shows up, it goes away. Today it happened about 5-7 times within a few miles. This has happened a few times now. A different ignition cycle will have zero issues. Lights and message come on and goes away within a second or so. Once or twice it’s said “Service Anti-lock Braking System” instead with the same indicator lights.

Nothing happens until I start rolling and it seems to continue for that particular ignition cycle. It may or may not happen on the next cycle. Truck drives and runs fine.

I’ll be picking up AlphaOBD here soon. Perhaps I can find out more with that. I was hoping the collective here may have some good ideas. I may have to take the truck into the dealer....hoping to avoid that.

So I have the C0020 fault, recirculation pump general electrical failure. Looking at another thread, this seems to be a common failure with our HD trucks. Looks like I need to make an appointment at the local dealer.
