i thought i should get a manual of some type. fsm's are $90. 00 plus taxes.

?( can$) are there any cheaper manuals available with enough info?other sourses for fsm's? thanks

There are, but no as good as the FSM in my opinion... .....

Nothing like the FSM... is that $90 from your local dealer? If so try TechAuthority 800-890-4038, I think that is where the dealer orders from, and you may be able to cut out their profit.

I ordered one form TA a few weeks ago. $55 plus shipping was $75 to my door (ya they rip ya on shipping)



You have to call the number above, their website only goes back to 94.

i have a chance to get a used 02 manual from another tdr member. my truck is a 93. are there any major differences between the 2 years. thanks

Too numerous to mention. Get the correct FSM for the correct year.

The only major difference between the 92 & 93 is, the 93 manual has the rebuild procedure for the Getrag.
