Severe Duty Filtration Kit, HELP

I know this is the 6. 7 section but my 2007 5. 9 uses the same communication proticol as the 6. 7. My problem is that I installed the Severe Duty Filtration Kit and went to the dealer to have the Star Scan tool enable the 20% bio diesel water in fuel kit option in the pcm misc. functions. The option was not there. I was with the tech and we tried to find the option but it was not listed anywhere in the Star Scan tool. Has any one out there installed the kit on their 2007. 5 - 2009 6. 7? If so, do you know the path used in the Star Scan tool to enable the kit WIF sensor?

Dealer located the engineer that was involved in the setup of the severe duty filtration kit. The problem with the 2007 5. 9 trucks (I don't know if any other year trucks or the 6. 7 trucks are the same as mine) is that the second water in fuel filter sensor enable has to be done with the StarMobile AND Chryslers' main computer server must talk to the truck to verify that the sensors have been installed. The new sensors have a resistor built into them that must be seen, then Chryslers' computer allows the program to be enabled. Befor any one posts back that I have been lied to, I was standing there at the dealers computer and watched the connection to my truck and the main Chrysler computer. The main computer scanned my truck and all the moduals and notified the dealers StarMobile computer that flash updates were needed. The flash files were installed and the second WIF sensor was enabled.
