Did anyone else notcie how they said that they would have to overcome "constitutional challenges", and other refrences to it. Did you notice that they also said that the law was written in a way that it would hold up. if this law is violating the constitution, which it does, and they admit it, than how can it even be considered a viable law, since it is ILLEGAL. Maybe i am just totally misunderstanding, but i thought the second ammendment protected us from such acts of tyranny, communisim and dictatorship.
