To anyone who is now running or planning to run a BHAF,

you have gotta get a mount from "Old Smokey".



These things are awesome, asside from the filter itself this is one of the best things that I have put on my truck. The fit is great,

they look fantastic and when you get one bolted in it is incredibly strong. (I have used mine as a handhold when leaning into the engine compartment. )



Bottom line: If you are on the fence about this mount, GET ONE!

Thanks for the feedback, XGoldman. Everyone has been very pleased with both the filter and mount. There has been a lot of interest in my mounts now that the BHAF is becoming more popular with first gens. We don’t really have any other filter choices besides K&N, and its filtering ability is questionable. The only downside I see with the BHAF when compared to the K&N is that the BHAF is not a lifetime filter, it cannot be cleaned. However, the BHAF has a much greater dirt holding capacity over a stock sized filter, so it has a longer service life. This is a very small drawback when compared to its benefits.



I am continuing to make more mounts for those who are interested.
