I've seen some postings on 44 Magnum knobs and some custom made knobs that used to be available. Any input on where shifter knobs with the 10mm x 1. 5mm threads we have can be found?

AWay,

If you can't find what you want in the 10mm threads, the 3/8" threads tap out to 10mm just fine. That's what I had to do to my Hurst classic ball.

I'v mounted a mirrow to my dash to see what gear I'm in. My stock handle numbers have rotated 180 degrees. :-laf

My gear shift pattern in the knob rotates over time. The knob does not rotate. I have had to dig it out and straighten it up twice in several months... . ???????? Oo.

Yeah, unfortunately I have my truck and my wife's Jeep that both rotate on me! If they could just figure out how to make it rotate so that I could use it as an oil change indicator or something like that, that would be okay! :D

Try www.flameball.com. I had them in my truck, both the transfer case and six-speed handle. Great product, very well made, good service and looks good with the LED bulb lighting it.

My new truck will have the same shift knobs (Archangel and Unicorn). Darn shame that I will have to buy an SLT trim level truck to get the manual shift transfer case.

For those of you with the rotating shifter discs, pop them out & on the underneath side, make some slices in it with a sharp knife. That will leave some rough edges that will provide traction for the disc when you re-install it.

I also put a very small drop of silicone on the ridge with the slices for added security that it would not rotate, again. It worked, for me.

That is exactly what I did & it hasn't moved since, 2 years later.
