Shift Knobs ... Where to find?

I am looking for a custom or aftermarket shift knob to fit my 2005 Ram. Something with the cummins logo in cummins blue. I like the samples I have seen on the HeberRam photo page. Last I read those products were not available at this time. Are there any other suppliers who produce similar products that are for sale at this time? Thanks.

www.flameball.com is where I got my last knob. It was very comfortable. But, alas, I have gone the "slush box" route and no longer need it.
