Shifting problem

Looking for some help have a 2003 2500 with NV5600 that has started to give a problem when you try to put in gear at a stand still some times not all the time it does not want to go into gear have to force it in. When I do this it makes no noise at all. Forward or reverse. Hydro for clutch have been changed twice last time about year and a half ago. have a 168,000 on truck bought it new all stock original clutch shifts fine otherwise no noise. Any ideas? Thanks

Pilot bushing/bearing froze up? Clutch plate sticking on the splines?
