FSM Bishko on Ebay

I rebuild my Getrag last spring. The kit that I got had every thing but shims to adjust the preload. I put it back together with what I had but I couldn't find my dial indicator to check it. I think it is starting to make more noise (maybe it's in my head) I just don't trust it. I want to fix it so I can piece (or peace)of mind.

Thanks

The shim kit is really two kits, shims for the main shaft & counter shaft. They can be bought from Standard Transmission in Fort Worth, Tx. Price is $12. 96, for each set. The P/Ns are; main shaft G360-SMKA, counter shaft is G360-SMK. The Main shaft set is really from the NV5600 transmission, but they worked just fine. Use vasoline to hold them in place, the FSM warns about using anything else, something different has the potential to plug the oil passage ways in the transmission.
