I got the rancho RSX. they are an automatic adjust shock like the Rancho 9000 which has a manual knob. I noticed a better ride and when the terrein changes, the shocks respond by adjusting the valving to meet it.
 
I have the RS9000's and love them. The Bilsteins get really high marks around here too, but I have never driven them.
