Rain - nuthin. From what little I can see of the surroundings, CF lives at a bit of altitude here in CO. Snow is our entertainment here.



Where is that, CF? Reminds me of Rampart Range, where we used to ride dirt bikes...

Thanx guys

It set me back plenty, the dirt work, fill was a biggie, then the floor, foundation, and putting it up. The building was around 8K until the steel took a hike, ended up with 10K! The whole thing was around 24K with labor, now comes the house... This is my retirement, well part of stock savings. I figure if it is all paid for as I go it will be a hunk I don't have to worry about later.



Thats good ole road base in front, it does not hold water and gets hard as a rock. Will pour a slab myself after I get up there. I ordered the four foot purlin extension on the front, you never know when you will have something hood only in the shop, that and mud area. This is down near the NM border, near the Liberal area of Colo... LMAO... Sangres.
