Engine/Transmission (1998.5 - 2002) Shops in So. Cal

Can anybody recommend some reliable shops in the San Diego/ Orange County (California) areas. My truck has been trouble free so far, but I fell like a Lift pump replacement may be on the way. My computer is throwing a p216 code intermittently, but the dealer says all is ok. Any suggestions are appreciated.

Any idea how many times this code has to appear and be documented before the dealer will replace it?

i havent had any issues yet. but how much does an after market injection pump cost.
