This is less RV related and more truck, but it’s related to bone headed RV owner mistake! See the attached picture of the damage done to the C-Pillar of my 2007.5. One side was creased on a moonless night when caught in a very narrow low overhead street in Florida with my older 5er. The other side was done when caught in a tight space in Alaska. My question is, does anyone know of a quality shop in NC that can make these repairs with new sheet metal, minimum bondo, without selling my house and trailer?

I would think that a good body shop would fix it with no bondo whatsoever. From the looks of the damage the best way to fix it would be to cut the metal above and below the damage, then weld an identical section in the gap. Grind the welds flat, paint it and hope the color matches. The cost is going to be the issue. Insurance companies also want the lowest cost, highest quality work so you might call a few of them and ask which body shops they use when they pay a claim. Good luck with it.
