short in marker light

OK Put a fuse back in the marker light but when I tune them on they are very dim for a few seconds then blow the fuse. was wondering if anybody else has had this problem to have a good place to start beside the tailgate which I sorta ck when I got to work.



also found that when I pulled the radio fuse the radio came on and the key was off dose anybody know what this is all about.
