Here's something we threw together to see if we will like it. So far we do, if it stays we will be changing it to chrome and taller.

Thats got to be a record it took 4 minutes for someone to say something negative, geez.

Posted at 9:08 and a comment by 9:12, Geez... .....

My honest opinion was negative... but I was not being negative. If I had the technical ability to post pictures of my deer strainer bumper some would like it, some wouldn't. Just the way it is... to each his own.

Now, if we were talking about parsnips or liver or some other gross and vile food, not fit for consumption by a human being... well... I just might get negative. lol

i say go one size bigger [i think yours is a 4"er -->5"= better] which is a turn out and angle it at a 30° - 45° out towards the passenger side. i have never really been fond of chrome on anything [except maybe wheels] so maybe painted metalic silver, or high gloss black. .

Hey I happen to like liver! :). But I kinda agree on the stack thing, IMO stacks look slightly out of place in an otherwise empty box. I would love to have a custom toolbox/aux. tank fabricated with the front right corner notched enough to clear a single 5" stack. That way the toolbox and stack would be integrated and flush with the front of the box.

Anti-flame disclaimer: The more stack installs I see the more I like the concept, keep up the innovative work guys!

rspinks, I have also thought of a single stack but put it right behind the cab and in the middle instead of off to the side.

I think it looks COOL! Chrome and a little taller would be good too. What (if anything) does it do for the sound level? Oh, and we need a better picture of the blonde...

Working on more pics. Yea I cut the stack too short (MDW=Knucklehead).

Can't get the clothes off the blonde yet :D

I like it !

I like the single stack approach, it's a little different than everything else you see on the road. If you are going to use a straight cut, I'd get a mother in law tongue to stop the soot shower. I think you will be even happier with some more height, that has to be way loud in the cab.

No, don't put it in the middle!! Offset like you have it looks better, but I'd go about a foot higher. Perhaps a top piece 12" long that you can slip over the end - that way you can pull it off when you need the clearance.

how did you route the exaust to come through the bed outside the frame rail ? I would love to see a picture ? That would look great with a chrome 90 at the top, great job! :)

I believe HoleshotHolset is right about running it between the floor and the frame, but we ran it under the frame this time as a test.

When we do the final it will be over the frame if possible.
