Engine/Transmission (1998.5 - 2002) should I change lift pump

At wot it will get down to barely under 10 mabye 9 1/2 lbs. Cruising with cruise control 70-75 its running 11 lbs. Idle its moving 13-14 lbs,Just changed the fuel filter 2k ago and have a stock pump with me under the back seat.

Assuming those pressures are are being measured post-filter (ideally at the VP44 inlet), those are perfectly acceptable.



Anything at or above 5psi at WOT is just fine.
