Wanna Brag?

accepting responsibility ?

I'm wondering if people who live in bad neighborhoods should be obvious with security? Would adding lights, alarms and locks cause the riffraff to test their usefulness?

Doc

Actually Doc The Riffraff do test their usefullness. They will set off a buisness Alarm and time the police to respond , Test the phone connections for residential alarms checking responce time , car alarms ... . Whatever , and the only thing that works is being ..... Savy and Stealth. Sure have a car alarm but don't install the siren or flashers ... . instead install a paging system so you can identify which zone was tripped and do the "Appropriate thing"

TMTT,

A recent news story told the tale of a biker who wired a "silent" alarm to his Harley.

Parked his bike, set the alarm, when the pager went off ran back to see punk attemping to hot-wire his scoot.

Came up behind and kicked the punk in the a**, breaking his tailbone.

Punk hires a lawyer, sues biker and wins approx 2X what the bike was worth for his physical trauma.

America... ... . whaaata country. Remember Yakoff Smirnoff?

I know lighting is a good detterent, you cant even scope out a place to rob if its lit up like a stadium every night.
