Shouldn't the 2019+ be considered 5th Gen?

My 2019 3500 MC 4x4 gets delivered next week.... Custom ordered with what I want. After having a 04 CC, 06 MC and a 18 MC the big differences are the tech stuff in the 19. The LED headlights are a nice step up.
