My Son’s 15 3500 Limited AISIN towing a new 21k dump. He loves both and uses them to flip houses in DFW, TX area.

Thanks, can,t believe the difference from from my 02. The 2nd gen was good for the day.
Right!
I was a life long Chevrolet Guy, I came to Ram from a 2006 VortexMax 4x4 that i bought new. It was a fine truck and I kept in great shape, and sold it for well above high blue book after I got the CTD Bug. One of my good customers bought a new 18 and brought it for some minor service and I really started looking at it, and all the changes in features and tech closely, and before I knew it I had to get one, plus the Ram is really HD...... That's my story :)

How much will it lift? I had 7.25 ton on my Lamar 16' gooseneck and had to use loader to lighten the load before it would lift to dump. Anything over 6.25 ton better be loaded to the rear to lift and dump. I amost bought that 21k PJ.

I have had 8.3 ton on my PJ, it dumps no problem, same one as above, it is actually 22k. My 16', 16k Lamar, no dice. It works fine for my light weight driver:)

I have 20k miles on the Lamar and 12k miles on the PJ, the PJ, hands down, better trailer.

Huh, you can't put an ad on Craiglist "free used lumber" and get someone to haul it away for ya? Its amazing what people will take. I had a rusty old dog run to get rid of and some guy came and got it same day and was glad to have it. Literally the only thing not taken on the barn/shop cleanout was a bolt on tub handle to help old people in and out of tub/shower. Few more years I might need it I guess. Had an old robins egg blue tub and toilet, guy took them to use in his rentals. Old doors, mouse chewed hammock, old fluorescent light fixtures, everything went.

One of his employees was supposed to take it. It sat and sat.......so the fact it's a fire hazard he had to get it away from the clients house. Then there is the liability issue when allowing someone to come onto the property and get a nail in their foot and then sue you.

There was no where to "recycle" it either so it just went to the dump.
