shudder in lock up 60-65 mph

i have a full built trans and have been having issues with shuddering at light throttle on inclines. checked pressures and they are where the manufacture wants them. Any ideas, they want me to check the gov. solenoid with a DRB?

I have heard of trans shops recommending and using ATF+3 (non synthetic) instead of ATF+4 (synthetic) for this type of problem in built transmission's.

it started happening right after i changed fluid but i used the same fluid Mopar's ATF+4. I'll call and ask what they think of the +3 instead.
