if your directing this to me Im perfectly aware of what your saying and as I stated above they are aligned/phased

Okay, sorry, I will let it rest. It's just that if they are in alignment, turning 90 degrees will be off by 90 degrees. If they are in alignment, 180 is okay to try.

Update: I remove the complete shaft again the rear joint was kind of stiff so I ground . 10" off each cap and reassembled and it is a lot better. then I made a shim I determined the front shaft was a different angle than the rear so I made a 3/16 shim which corrected the difference the results: the vibration at 30 mph is a lot better but still there and the take off shutter is about the same..... At this point I think I'll need to put a new carrier on because the rubber is becoming deteriorated it isn't broken apart yet, it is starting to crack however. .

Here I go again, jeeze!

The thing that bothers me, is, in your original post all was fine prior to the u-joint change. Maybe they are all bad. If a u-joint is tight on install, tapping on the yoke near the joint cap will "seat" the cap tight to the snap ring and will free it up.

How many miles on your truck? Is it a standard or auto?

If the motor mounts get bad they can cause alignment issues as can the transmission mount. This can throw the angle of the short shaft off, maybe this caused the mis-alignment? The crankshaft angle, short shaft angle and pinion angle need to be the same. The long shaft angle don't count.

If your center bearing is good, you can just change the rubber. Most parts houses carry them or can get them.

Thanks for the input however I know all those procedures you mentions Ive just exhausted my ideas other than getting a 1 piece which is not an option for me All the joints are fine I verified that already I'm truly believe it is coming from the carrier I'm making a few more shims up and going to try that... I never saw the rubber for these carriers sold on the aftermarket..... That would be nice because the bearing is fine
