FASS Spring Question?

Please Read this. Diesel_Dan works for DPP.....

Dan, thank you for taking care of this issue.

I do hope someday there will be a better/faster way to deal with warranty issues, for every ones sake.

I'm not a FASS customer. One reason I'm a GDP and DTT Customer, other than the great products, is "if I needed to pick up the phone and talk to Bill or Stafan @ DTT, Tim the DTT Installer @ TRE Diesel Performance or Rich @ Glacier Diesel Products - regardless of what my problem could be - if they didn't answer the phone in person, they (in person) would return the call with-in a resonable time".

Customer service "is da shidz" and "if U ain't got it, well U ain't gonna get my $$$"

"Focker Out":p

See, I am the same way...

With that said, I attempted to buy a transmission and torque converter from DTT about 4 years ago... they were "pretty busy at the moment" to answer my questions about what transmission build I needed or even take the order, and I was told "we will call you when we get free... ". I ended up having a local shop rebuild it because I got tired of calling and waiting for them to call me back.

So every shop has their issues now and then... even the ones that are claimed to be perfect... DTT will never get any business from me because of that experience.

Well you can't argue that. That's unfortunate - guess there's always good and bad - that's what makes for good competition.

Hey Guys! I know this is going to be a hard one to chew.

The reason for this is Brad wants me on these forums to make a public presence. If i get E-mails and PM's, this is not helping the general public with answers to questions that other people might have. (Not to mention that i am on 7 or so other forums and the PM's pile up FAST!!!) So, i need to honor Brads request that i turn off the PM and E-mail function on the Forums. If you have a specific personal question on a system, any specific wnty questions, please contact the dealer you got your unit from and talk with them about it. They have 100% full access to me to discuss any issues that may help y’all.

For general questions about the FASS/HPFP... . or any issues you might have with the FASS/HPFP, start a thread and lets talk about it! This lets everyone see what the problem is, what was discussed and how the issue was fixed. I check for new Threads regularly... . so I don’t see this being that much of a change. Sorry for the inconvenience. Thanks!

Dan

Its too bad you choose to loose business this way.

Most people on here already know more about the FASS than your dealers do. I would bet most dealers you have out there don't read the forums nor do they have time to. I know of a few.

Good Luck, but I will buy somewhere else, someone that isn't afraid of customer service.
