Most dealers bost a 5star rateing but the folks at Siatti Trudeau diserve an extra for going that extra mile!
At the sled pulls on friday night (May Madness) I broke a pinion yoke:--) not a huge deal except we were 1200miles from home with no tools.
Sat morning I was at the dealer looking for parts. They immediatly pulled it around in front of one of the stalls and Taz(you da man) one of the lead mechanics who had been at the pulls the night before, dove right in.
The parts dept had most of the parts but no yoke. (apparently your not supose to break that
Taz (to the rescue again) remebered a rear end that had broken an axel. They had replaced it as a unit under warranty, but had been hauled off to the scrapyard.
Mike (the service manager, wearing slacks) said let's go. We throw the tools needed in the trunk of his car. He drives me out 25-30min to the wrecking yard and there it still is
He helps me remove it and then drives me to 3 other parts houses looking for the retaining straps and bolts with NO LUCK. So back to the dealer ship.
By now Taz had the new u-joint and pinion seal installed threw the yoke on. Luckly for me in the back stall was a recent trad in with out batting an eye they pulled the straps and bolts off of that and I was up and running
.
Taz did all that and only charged me an hour of labor. Was by then off the clock but stayed to make sure every thing was good to go!
I really don't know many dealerships or individuals that would go that extra mile like that. YOU GUY'S ARE AWSOME!
Thank you

I also want to thank every one at the pulls for offering to help in any way. How may events can you go to that if you break even some of the spectators walk around to the pits to see if they can help in any way
