Side view mirrors

Went to town today and while there I seen a 3rd Gen, it had the side view tow mirrors just like mine only they were color matched to the truck. It happened to be white like mine. Were these a factory option? or did he get them from some aftermarket store. They looked really nice painted to match.

They didn't come that way from the factory, they were painted afterwards.
I just had mine done along with the door handles, and touch up of a few panels, and some other work.
