Signature ???

How come sometimes when I post a reply or new post my signature won't show up but other times it will? I even preview my post sometimes and it shows the signature in the preview but once I submit it it's gone. not a big problem just a minor annoyance.

Your signature only shows up on the 1st post on a page. So if you are on a thread that you've already posted to and you make a reply to it and it's on the same page then your signature won't show up. It's a bandwidth saving measure.

I am not 100%, but I believe that the site is designed to only show your sig on your firsrt post in each thread. If you post three times on one thread, your sig only shows up on the first post. But, I believe that if you post only once in three different threads your sig shows up in each thread. Clear as mud?????? maybe to speed up reading of each thread? maybe to save on bandwidth?? I am sure someone else will chirp in and help me make a fool of myself :-laf
