Silencer Ring Removal

Those white plastic vanes no longer exist in my bottom elbow. Neither all the stuff that was in the tube.



As far as the tube, I used a big pair of pump pliers and "nibbled" off pieces until i could wiggle everything out. That's another way of saying I busted everything in there and threw it in the garbage. No going back on that particular mod.



Later I found out you can get one of the ends off the tube and just slide everything out, then silicon the end back on. :-laf :-laf :-laf

you will hurt the flow if you empty out the air tube without putting a piece of 4 inch back in. On the flow bench, you actually lose flow going from 4 to 5 to 4 inches with the sharp corners. See my photos for an easy fix.

That makes sense when you look at that tube. Good info. Thanks!
