Silencer ring? Where?

I've read in a few post about removing the silencer ring.



Where exactly is it located?

Take the top of the air filter off then take hose off of the turbo side. Looking into torbo you'll see a snap with a flat blade screwdiver CAREFULLY pry ring out, it will spring out and fly away the silencer ring will fall out now. Make sure you keep ring to put in if you don't like it Eric

This was way easy... ... ... ... . could not have taken five min.



Thanks HEMI ! Changed the sound just a little under no load, was much more noticable under heavy load.
