Silencer Ring

Does the stock Holset turbo in my '92 CTD have a silencer ring? If so, how does it come out? I'm assuming it's pressed in like a bearing race, but I'm not sure. I have a straight 4" exhaust with no muffler, but the turbo isn't all that loud. Any answers/suggestions are greatly appreciated.

No... you don't have a silencer ring on your turbo.

The WH1Cs that came on the 94 trucks have one.....
