Attention: TDR Forum Junkies 
I finally got my bigger turbo and they all had aluminized downpipe kits. I have 304 stainless exhaust, so I figured why not purchase a 304 stainless downpipe. So far bad decision.
Well it didn't come with a v-clamp like most HX40 downpipe kits, so here's the fun part. I cannot find a v-clamp that fits. My downpipe to turbo flange is 1/16" thicker than the aluminized versions used by Industrial Injection, Hi Tech Turbo and one other that I don't know the source. I measured 3 aluminized versions and the total thickness of the flanges butted together is 1/4", I am 5/16".
It was late Friday, when I was able to get everything measured up & now my weekend project is a bust.
