I'm curious as to why you think other members of this forum are so incapable of independent thought.

Oh c'mon sheriff! I noticed you did not even put a capital D on Democrat!

I'm a flip floppin' fish in a pan, leaping like a frog kind of guy. I try to study who did/does what. I guess I am a registered listener.

You can't go by party, you must go with people. so I can't vote on your poll cause I would have to vote more than once and then the TDR would have to do some Florida math!

Ive been here a long time I have seen it with my own eyes. . Sad

Like I said, predominantly republican  .

Or... ... ... . maybe Like Illflem said "The democrats/libs are just sitting back in the corner laughing??" :D

Take a good look at the posts about politics here. Doesn't take a poll to figure it out.

And also in Illflems' wisdom- "I try to pick from the better of two evils". That bout sums it up. I've never met a politician that really trusted or liked, from either side of the fence. That being said, it's all about timing. If you're the man in the drivers seat when the **it hits the fan, you're the sorry sap that gets blamed.

Amen brother. .

I am ready for Texas now,I aint backin down again:D

Kev, you're looking at the numbers wrong, looks like only 46% Republican at the moment.

I'm sticking to my original opinion that the conservatives aren't the majority here, they're just more vocal.

DodgeBoy, This poll was put up, and worded in such a way so debates about affilliations would be kept to a minimum. You can vote without revealing your affilliation. So blindly following someone so as to not look the odd man out is a weak excuse.

Any pollster would tell you the poll is biased and flawed from the get go by not capitalizing Demo and putting it at the bottom rather than alphabetical order.

Sdalton,

Like it or not, admit it or not, we have LOTS of followers here and few leaders. This is due to the "flame factor". Me? I couldn't care less about what the others think of me cause like they say you probably find out they didn't think of you at all.

I like to look at a members profile as it may give you an idea of his knowledge or background, did you ever notice how many leave it blank? Why? I'm proud of my choice of work. Are some not? I do not know but I would guess many feel they may be considered less knowledgable than the "boys". You will never find enema nurse in the employment part of the profile! How many do we have..... c'mon Sheriff lets do a poll!

Yeah, you bet we have peer pressure here! We also have valuable input from many who most would not figure had it in them. While some lawyers would not know an injector from a turbo many will surprise you.

Mike

This poll was not biased. A little humor was injected in the use or omition of the capital letter "D". Big deal. That shouldnt effect how you click beside your choice, or sway you choice, one way or the other. We should all be litterate, somewhat educated, and not too ignorant on worldly politics. The voting system was meant to be easy so as not to confuse any Florida residents. Hi, Steve M, how are you today? :D . Everyone should be able to vote here. The other choice could include independant vothers who cross party lines, depending on the candidate. So no excuses.

Please, no debates or excuses, or gripes. Just vote anonymously.

But don't you understand, liberals can't vote and shut up. They have to say, "wait, I was tricked into voting for Pat Buchanan", or, "the ballot was biased, the democrat candidate was listed below the republican".

Notice who is whining the most on this thread?

Scott, I didn't have any trouble with the voting system and never have. You have always tried to lump me in with the liberals and knuckle-heads who can't think or vote using a simple machine. The same three counties are at it again. I'm not part of it. South Florida has a problem. Again. Janet Reno should concede and let McBride start his campaign.

I will be voting for McBride over Jeb. McBride has a conservative voting record. Jeb has screwed up our industry with his senseless new system of elevator inspections. He has ****** off not only the mechanics, but the companies and customers while he accommodates the whims of his uncle who owns an elevator inspection company in Pennsylvania and just happened to open up shop here the day after Jeb pushed his new law through. This is how the Bush family works on a local level as well as national and world level. I don't vote by party. I vote for Republican Congressman Bill Young every time. He's the best choice every time and I hope he stays here.

I asked a while back and didn't get an answer. Is Kenneth Leigh a registered Democrat or Republican? This to me answers as plain as day which party is more at fault for the current mess we're in. This goes for the others as well. Bush didn't bust the corporations for insider trading. The house of cards finally collapsed and Bush just happened to be president at the time. I believe he has some dirt on his hands as well but time will tell.

You play like you're not biased but anyone can see through your mask. Not very becoming of someone who is supposed to be professional and above bias.
