Simple question: Will 2.56" deep speakers fit in doors of a 2005?

My truck did not come with the Infinity package, and it is past time to get some decent sound in the truck. I am looking at DLS UP6, which have a depth of 2. 56... anybody if they know if they will fit?

Yes they will fit in the front or the rear if they are 6" round. (I am not familar with DLS) I have RE audio xxx in my front doors they are almost 4" deep, I made a 3/4" Adapter from abs to go from 6x9 to the 7" round and get a little more clearence on the back side.

Thanks JKloppe! The DLS are 6. 5" round. I plan to have them installed in a week or so if I choose to order them today. How are you liking the RE XXXs? They are also on my list to research (looking in the $300 range), but I figured they were too big... glad to hear they will fit.

Now that they have broken in I really like them. I am running them active so that gives me lots of tuning room. They need at least 150w to make them work right. I have one DynaMat bulkpack in every door to help seal them up as much as possible.
