Single CD player

I have a 2003 and the radio works fine but the CD player does not work. When I insert a CD it displays error on the screen. Does anybody have any ideas.

That's gotta be an internal fault. No choice but replacement... is it still under warranty?

Well, if it is under warranty, they will have to pull it, send it into D/C, then wait for it to be repaired, then sent back. You will have a hole in the dash. Most dealerships do not carry replacements that can be installed on the spot, and won't pull one until yours gets back. Might be nice for an upgrade?

search "Dodge Ram Radio" on ebay there are some fine deals from people upgrading.

I might have one in the attic,I switched to rb1 when I bought the truck.
