Single Digit Turbo Pressure with No Warning

The actuator is the rectangular box on the turbo with wires coming out of it. The dealer scan tool will most likely be required to diagnose it.

I've repaired the truck. As I've posted in another thread, the culprit was the turbo actuator. Cost to replace it: $2,965,89
I am at 210,000 on the odometer with 3081 hrs of idle time and 4654 hrs, driving time. Most of the miles is highway pulling heavy loads grossing more than 35,000 lbs.
