Whats a good online music site?

What brand is your favorite and what is you everyday brand?

My favorite is Macallan 18yr and my daily is Glenlivet 12yr. I currenlty have 6 different brands open to choose from at the appropriate time of day. I prefer a splash of water and no ice.

well... call me an American, but I've tried a LOT of scotches, and I'll be damned if I don't keep coming back to bourbons!! so when you say single malt whisky, I think single barrel bourbon!

I'm a big fan of Blanton's (~$65 for a 750ml) but can't always afford it... that's the stuff songs are written about! for an adventure, try Booker's... it's about $50-55 for a 750 AND it usually proofs between ~125-127  :D that stuff is great... my work horse is Knob Creek... it's 100 proof, and I like it better than a lot of more expensive bourbons.

with Scotch, I know it's somewhat cliche' and "mainstream", but it's hard to argue w/ Glinlevet 12 for the money! Mcallan is some good stuff... my pops brought home a couple bottles from the source! I like Dalwhinie and Knockandu, but like I said... whenever I go to the store with scotch on my mind, 9 times out of 10 I'll walk out w/ a bottle of good bourbon!

but I'm more of a beer man these days... whiskey is for cold winter nights and even then I might only buy 1-2 bottles a season... now... tequilia is a different story!!!! mmmm... Tequilia!!!

I also like the Macallan 18 [much better than the 24 or 12 to my taste buds]

If you like it you'll like Oban,Knockando [sp],and another of my favorites is Highland Park

I have about 6/8 different opened now also, had some Glendronach 15 last night

and these guys think that truck BOMB parts are expensive HeHe let them get in Singles

when I partake of a good single I prefer it neat... but when tasting different ones I like a water back

have you ever been to a good Scotch bar where you can taste a hundred styles ?. . a good Scotch bar is in Seattle called FX McQuries [sp] some of the Seattle guys help me out here as I don't remember how to spell it and another one is in the gay bay area in Richmond, Ca. right down on the piers in a park [sorry don't remember the name of it as I haven't been there for about 5 years or so]

Pints Pub in Denver has an extensive offering. ALso, I've notice several resturants in Denver/Boulder offer a Single Malt list just as most do with wine. Especially nice when you're being hosted on a business trip. ;)
