Sirius radio ??

Drove under an overpass and my Sirius lost a signal for a second or two, which is normal. This time however the display blinked a couple times and then chanel 184 displayed. It would not change off that number manually or with the presets. My Sirius is gone. Looking on the Sirius web site, it looks like 184 is the default. I tried logging in using my VIN but it could not find it. When I bought the truck in July of 07, I never did get any info from Sirius about my paid one year subscription. When my wife bought her Ford Edge she got 6 months included and Sirius sent her a bunch of info. All the other functions of the radio work just fine. Just wondering if I should call Dodge or Sirius?

I believe I had to activate mine when I got it.

I purchased my truck in January of 05, it had been a Demo (managers vehicle) for about a year with the Sirius activated. When I bought it the free year had just run out, but I called Sirius and they honored another free year for me.

This is a Sirius Activation issue. While you may have some leverage at your dealer the ultimate responsibility is yours to update the activation with Sirius. They will be more than happy to have access to your Visa card. ha ha

Well it was in demo mode. I called Sirius and they gave me my 1 yr. Woohoo.
