sirius satellite radio works in the gargage ?!?!

pulled the wifes '06 in the gargage for a first oil change and the satellite radio never missed a beat ... :--)





it was great ... i got to listen to raw dog while the kids were gone ...





but how is it possible?

our new house is high up on a hill meadow ... nothing but clouds and hilltops all around ... but it's still pretty amazing to pull in the garage, close the door and still listen to the satellite

I get reception in my garage also, it usually cuts out for a second when I pull it in, then re-aquires the signal in a few seconds.

Mine usually works in the garage too, once the antenna clears the garage door.

Same here. I get reception in the garage. It cuts out for a little bit and then returns after the antenna is past the door.

The solution would be to remove the garage doors.
