SiriusXM Christmas Music Is Back

I think that I seem to post this every year this time, but Christmas music is back starting now online/app and on the radio beginning with some channels Nov 5th. I know that it is early as always, but this year especially, I am truly looking forward to it.

It's beginning to look a lot like Christmas!

Been snowing off and on all day. Quite heavy at times. The leaves are late to drop, it's an odd site seeing heavy snow flakes swirling around with leaves in the air.

We've had the winds and the snow but nothing sticking to speak of. Ground is just too warm yet.

Were not messing around, I put this up today.

Usually its after Thanksgiving, with the young kids it seems like it takes 6 weeks longer to get anything done around here. My wife welcomes the extra time to decorate.

Had the time, plug and play, it comes in 3 sections and is pre-lit.

We already had a light dusting of Snow in Oct,2020 around the Chicago Il area. I was pulling my 5er home from our late fall camping trip in Michigan and we ran in too snow squalls around Lake Michigan and we had snow on the grass when we got home. Boy was it cold outside when I was winterizing the trailer that week.

Now the weather people; are stating that the daytime temps for this weekend Nov 6, 7 and the 8th will be in the 70’s. Oh well the Midwest weather as usual. Maybe I could put up the outside lights when it is warm instead of freezing when I usually do the outside lights.
