Engine/Transmission (1994 - 1998) Size of NV4500

I have a buddy trying to measure to see if a 5. 9 will fit in his 46 pickup but he is not sure the trans will fit.



Does any one have the dimentions handy for width, length, and height??

Im at work more than I am home, I would prefer it to be the other way around. Going to the garage now

It's in a bad spot so the measurement is rough 19" long 12" wide 17" tall this is a 4x4 transmission so there is no tail shaft. The input shaft is 8 inches up from the bottom. If the fit is close and you need more precise measurements shoot me a pm and I will drag it out from under the bench,after I move everything thats blocking it#@$%!
